the tub in the main bedroom is out of order for the moment To ensure the safety of all guests, the use of a bracelet is mandatory, and it has an additional cost of $200 pesos per person. This bracelet provides access to all common areas and ensures that our security staff will protect you as if you were the owner of the penthouse. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not allowed unless requested at the time of booking and subject to availability. Moreover, these options may have an additional cost. Upon arrival, vans will not be able to go beyond the security booth. Guests will have to be dropped off at that point and then can head to the penthouse. If you make a long-term reservation, we will agree on a daily fee for electricity consumption. Amenities such as the water jug, toilet paper, and towels will be provided once per reservation. If they run out during your stay, you can purchase more at the nearest store. IMPORTANT: The penthouse is beachfront, so the water pressure, although we have pumps, may not be very strong or considered low.
